The transaction, valued at approximately 1.52 billion ringgit , equivalent to about 376.61 million dollars, will be executed through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prudential Corporation Holdings. This acquisition will increase the group's controlling interest in Sri Han Suria to 70 percent from its current level.
