Prime Minister Mark Carney of Canada dismissed reports on Thursday that the United States is demanding an "entry fee" before formal negotiations can begin for the scheduled review of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). The trade deal, which also involves Mexico, is currently facing a tight schedule with a target completion date of July 1.
