Germany luxury automaker Porsche has reached an agreement to divest its significant holdings in the high-performance automotive sector, offloading stakes in both Bugatti and Rimac to a consortium of international investors. The deal involves the sale of a 45% stake in the Bugatti Rimac joint venture and a 20.6% interest in the Croatia-based Rimac Group. The acquiring group is led by HOF Capital, a fund based in the United States co-founded by Onsi Sawiris, a member of the prominent billionaire family from Egypt.
