According to sources familiar with the matter cited by Bloomberg News, the distiller is exploring a listing for its local subsidiary, Pernod Ricard India Pvt Ltd.

The company, known for producing prominent brands such as Absolut vodka, is said to be working closely with financial and legal advisors to prepare for the market debut. Reports indicate that Goldman Sachs and the legal firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas are involved in the preliminary stages of the preparation.
