Netflix has signaled its withdrawal from acquiring Warner Bros Discovery's streaming and studio assets after Paramount Skydance increased its offer to $31 per share, up from earlier terms. Paramount's revised bid values the company at $111 billion in enterprise value with financing secured through multiple backers including the Ellison family and major financial institutions.
