Nasdaq, Inc.[Symbol:{ \"assets\":{ \"symbol\":\"NDAQ\" } }] has raised its medium-term revenue forecast for its largest division, banking on the continued strength of its data, listing, and index businesses. The announcement was made on Wednesday as top executives prepared to detail the transatlantic exchange operator's growth strategy during its biennial investor day in New York. The company now anticipates revenue growth for its solutions business to range between 9% and 12% over the medium term, an increase from its previous target of 8% to 11%. This revision is primarily driven by a more robust outlook for the capital access platforms division, which includes its data, listing, and index operations. The solutions business is a major component of the firm's financial health, accounting for approximately 76% of total revenue in 2025. This segment houses both the capital access platforms and the financial technology divisions. > "Our increased outlook reflects the durability of Nasdaq’s solutions-led growth, the strength of client demand," said Chief Financial Officer Sarah Youngwood. Revenue from capital access platforms is now expected to grow by 6% to 10%, up from the prior target of 5% to 8%. The updated outlook covers a three-to-five-year period and is based on the assumption of a stable market environment. Looking ahead, the company plans to continue expanding its geographic reach and client base while accelerating the deployment of artificial intelligence and modernizing its market infrastructure.
