Lululemon Forecasts Annual Results Below Market Estimates
Lululemon expects annual revenue below analyst targets as it faces rising competition. The company is also navigating a board overhaul and a CEO search.
Lululemon Athletica Inc. issued a cautious outlook for the 2026 fiscal year on Tuesday, with both revenue and profit projections falling short of Wall Street expectations. The apparel maker is currently navigating a period of internal transition and intensifying market competition.

For the full year, the company anticipates revenue between $11.35 billion and $11.50 billion. This range sits slightly below the $11.51 billion average estimate previously compiled by analysts. Earnings per share are expected to land between $12.10 and $12.30, missing the consensus forecast of $12.58 per share.
These forecasts come as the brand faces pressure from rising competition and an attempt by founder Chip Wilson to overhaul the board of directors. Furthermore, the company continues its search for a permanent chief executive following the departure of Calvin McDonald in December.
