Stord raised $250 million in a Series F funding round, reaching a $3 billion valuation on May 26. The United States-based logistics startup rose to this valuation from $1.5 billion one year ago. The capital supports independent brands seeking technological infrastructure to compete with the fulfillment speed of AMAZON.COM INC.
### Scaling Physical Intelligence via Stord Labs The startup launched Stord Labs to advance research into agentic AI, robotics, and automation. This division will test new technologies against live fulfillment data to optimize warehouse operations. Strike Capital led the funding round alongside Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, FRANKLIN RESOURCES INC, and Baillie Gifford.
