Russia Sees High Global Demand for Energy Resources
The Kremlin reports many requests for energy from alternative sources as Europe cuts ties. Officials are now negotiating new deals to suit Russian interests.
The Kremlin announced on Tuesday that it is receiving a significant volume of requests for energy supplies from various global regions as the world faces a growing energy crisis. Russia remains the second-largest exporter of Brent Crude Oil in the world, following Saudi Arabia, and possesses the largest reserves of Natural Gas globally.

President Vladimir Putin has suggested shifting supply lines away from European customers, who have repeatedly stated they will no longer purchase Russian energy because of the conflict in Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described a fundamental shift in the global energy market during a recent press briefing.
Now that the world has confidently embarked on the path of a rather serious economic and energy crisis, which is growing day by day, the market and market conditions in the field of energy and energy resources have completely changed.
Peskov informed reporters that there is significant interest from alternative markets looking to secure energy resources.
There are a huge number of requests for the purchase of our energy resources from alternative sources.
The Kremlin spokesperson concluded by stating that negotiations are currently being handled to ensure that the resulting agreements align with the country's strategic interests.
