AIR FRANCE-KLM canceled two flights between the Netherlands and Uganda following new Ebola-related travel restrictions. The cancellations affect routes through Entebbe airport scheduled for Saturday and Monday. Tightening entry rules for crew members threaten to disrupt broader African flight networks as countries implement health screenings.
