Italy to approve Ludoil acquisition of ISAB refinery

Italy will approve the acquisition of the ISAB oil refinery by Ludoil Energy from Cyprus-based G.O.I. Energy. The deal follows a preliminary agreement reached last month to transfer the strategic Sicilian asset to the Italian energy group. The clearance ensures the continued operation of one of the largest industrial sites in the Mediterranean under domestic oversight.
