Retail vehicle sales in India experienced a significant surge of 25.6% in February, driven by the enduring impact of previous tax reductions and a robust wedding season. Data released by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) on Thursday indicated that both two-wheelers and passenger vehicles saw substantial gains, aligning with analyst expectations for double-digit growth.
