Hungary has announced its intention to continue blocking a 90-billion-euro ($103 billion) loan package for Ukraine and any new sanctions against Russia until oil deliveries via the Druzhba pipeline are restored. Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto confirmed the government's position on Monday during a meeting in Brussels, citing the ongoing suspension of oil flows that has affected the region since late January.
