Gerry Keefe, the head of banking for Europe and the Americas at HSBC HOLDINGS PLC, has resigned from his position, becoming the latest senior executive to exit following the bank's 2024 global overhaul. The bank announced the departure on Tuesday, according to an internal memo confirmed by a company spokesperson.
Jo Miyake, the current head of banking for Asia and the Middle East, will take over Keefe’s duties on an interim basis. Keefe had been overseeing commercial and investment banking operations in the two regions for about a year.
