The Colorado-based quantum computing firm is seeking to raise up to 1.46 billion dollars by offering 26.5 million shares priced between 53 and 55 dollars each. Quantinuum is expected to list on the Nasdaq this Thursday under the symbol QNT as investor interest in the sector remains strong.
