The government of Germany is reportedly preparing to initiate the reprivatization of UNIPER SE as early as this summer. According to sources familiar with the matter, Berlin is moving toward a sale or public listing of the energy giant after plans for a potential merger with fellow nationalized peer SEFE became increasingly unlikely.
