EnBW Expects Stable 2026 Profits and Raises Dividend
German utility EnBW expects its 2026 core profit to reach up to 5.1 billion euros. The company proposed a higher dividend despite the flat outlook for the year.
The major utility provider EnBW, based in Germany, announced on Wednesday that it expects its core profit for the 2026 fiscal year to be stable at best. Despite the conservative outlook, the company has proposed an increased dividend for the past fiscal year.

Adjusted core profit for 2026 is projected to fall between 4.6 billion euros and 5.1 billion euros, which represents approximately $5.3 billion to $5.9 billion. This forecast compares to the 5.1 billion euros recorded in 2025. The guidance reflects a period of stabilization for the energy giant as it navigates the evolving market landscape.
