Foreign investment in United States government debt reached an all-time high in February, marking the second consecutive month of growth as international investors demonstrated a sustained appetite for Treasury securities. According to data released by the Treasury Department, total foreign holdings climbed to $9.49 trillion, representing a 2.1% increase from the $9.29 trillion recorded in January and a 6.6% rise compared to the previous year.
