Fed Governor Stephen Miran says he is willing to remain at the central bank if nominated for another term

Governor Stephen Miran stated on Wednesday that he would be happy to stay at the Federal Reserve if asked. His seat is the only one available for nomination.

Federal Reserve Governor Stephen Miran stated in an interview with Fox Business on Wednesday that he would be very happy to remain at the central bank in the US USUS for a longer term if asked. Miran currently occupies a seat on the Federal Reserve Board whose official term has already expired. This status makes his position particularly significant, as it is currently the only board seat to which President Donald Trump could nominate Kevin Warsh.
