The letter, which also included signatures from EU Travel Tech and the European Tech Alliance, emphasized the economic consequences of the prolonged investigation. The company continues to deny that it unfairly favors its own services. The coalition is now seeking a formal non-compliance decision, a cease-and-desist order, and a deterrent fine to ensure future compliance with EU competition laws.
