The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China reported Wednesday that the share of firms finding it more difficult to operate in China fell to 68%, a 5 percentage point decline year-on-year. This marks the first improvement in business sentiment recorded by the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China in five years. Investors view this shift as a potential inflection point for foreign capital stability in the world's second-largest economy.
