The European Central Bank maintained its key interest rate at 2% on Thursday, as President Christine Lagarde warned that the war on Iran is clouding the euro zone's outlook for growth and inflation. During a news conference in Frankfurt, Lagarde noted that risks to the growth outlook are currently tilted to the downside, primarily due to geopolitical tensions and their impact on energy markets.
