Deutsche Boerse agrees to acquire Allfunds for 5.3 billion euros in strategic expansion

German exchange operator Deutsche Boerse reached a deal to acquire Amsterdam-listed Allfunds. The 5.3 billion euro transaction expands its fund trading reach.

The transaction values each share of the fund trading platform listed in the Netherlands NLNLat 8.8 euros and marks a 600 million euro increase from the initial November offer. This agreement follows an initial proposal of 4.7 billion euros made in November 2025.
The offer price of 8.8 euros per share represents a 10.6% premium over the Allfunds Groupclosing price of 7.96 euros on the trading day prior to the announcement. Under the terms of the deal, shareholders will receive a consideration consisting of 6 euros in cash plus 0.0122 Deutsche Boerse AGshares for every share of Allfunds Groupthey hold.
