CRITICAL METALS CORP signed a 15-year binding agreement with REalloys to supply 15% of annual rare earth concentrate from its Tanbreez project. The deal formalizes an October agreement and follows Greenland approving a 92.5% ownership stake for the miner in April. Shares rose 8% in premarket trading as the agreement secures long-term revenue for one of the world's largest heavy rare earth deposits.
