Clear Street slashes IPO target by nearly two thirds

Wall Street broker Clear Street has significantly lowered its IPO fundraising goal to 364 million dollars. The firm reduced both share price and volume.

Clear Street (SY:Clear Street) announced on February 12, 2026, that it has materially reduced the size of its planned initial public offering. According to reports from Bloomberg News (SY:Bloomberg News), the company now seeks to raise up to $364 million by offering 13 million shares at a revised price range of $26 to $28 per share.
This updated plan represents a significant downscale from the company's earlier intentions. Clear Street previously aimed to raise $1.05 billion by offering 23.8 million shares at a price range of $40 to $44 per share. The new figures indicate that the company is now targeting roughly one-third of its original capital goal.
