The Chinese sport-utility vehicle manufacturer Jetour has set an ambitious growth target to more than triple its annual sales to 2 million units by 2030. This strategic roadmap, unveiled during the Beijing Auto Show, emphasizes a significant shift toward global markets as domestic competition intensifies within China.

Ke Chuandeng, the president of Jetour International, indicated that the brand aims for international sales to account for half of its total volume by the end of the decade. Jetour is a subsidiary of the Chery automotive group and reported a sales increase of nearly 11% last year, reaching 620,000 vehicles. Approximately 40% of those sales were generated outside of the domestic market.
