The Canadian dollar weakened to its lowest level in two months on Wednesday as a combination of falling oil prices and domestic economic concerns weighed on investor sentiment. The loonie traded 0.3% lower at 1.3809 per dollar from the United States, representing its weakest intraday position since January 22.
