BizLink to buy Interplex Datacom for 850 million dollars
Taiwan's BizLink will buy Interplex Datacom for 850 million dollars to expand its data center business. The deal focuses on growing demand for AI infrastructure.
BIZLINK HOLDING INC agreed to acquire Singapore-based Interplex Datacom for $850 million in cash on Wednesday morning. The deal includes a $50 million contingent payment to expand data center connectivity and infrastructure operations. The acquisition adds high-precision mechanical products used in AI server racks to the existing portfolio.
### Scaling AI Infrastructure in Asia BizLink will buy the division from Ennovi, a portfolio company managed by funds at BLACKSTONE INC. Interplex Datacom operates in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand. The unit generated $392 million in revenue during the 12 months ended March 31, 2026.
