I-Pulse wins 250 million dollar US semiconductor award

I-Pulse has signed an agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce for a 250 million dollar award to advance its pulsed-power technology. The funding supports domestic manufacturing and research into silicon-carbide components used in geothermal drilling and defense.
