The German pharmaceutical and crop science giant BAYER AG-REG has confirmed that its 2026 financial projections remain intact following the announcement of new import tariffs by the United States government. Sebastian Guth, the Chief Operating Officer of Bayer Pharmaceuticals and President of Bayer U.S., stated that the company had already factored potential trade barriers into its long-term planning.
"We feel that weve appropriately anticipated tariffs as we think about our 2026 guidance," Guth told Reuters.
