Barry Callebaut AG-REG expects recurring operating profit to grow by mid- to high-single-digit percentages in local currencies over the medium term. The Switzerland-based cocoa processor released these targets on June 2 as part of a new strategic plan under CEO Hein Schumacher. The group also forecast medium-term sales volume to rise between 2% and 4%.
