The government of Argentina is preparing to submit a bill to Congress that would revise current limits on foreign ownership of rural land. Cabinet Chief Manuel Adorni announced the proposal during a press conference on Wednesday, noting that large-scale projects in the oil, mining, and agricultural sectors require substantial land holdings that are currently restricted under existing laws.
