Air India will cut international flights on several routes between June and August to manage rising fuel costs and airspace restrictions. Air India faces operational disruptions from the conflict in Iran and a lingering airspace ban by Pakistan. These network adjustments aim to mitigate mounting losses as rerouting drives expenses higher.
Air India will temporarily suspend services between Delhi and Chicago and Mumbai and New York. In Europe, Air India is reducing flight frequencies from Delhi to Paris and Milan and Rome. Services between Delhi and Shanghai are also suspended.
