India biscuit maker Anmol Industries filed for an initial public offering worth 18 billion rupees ($187.87M) on Friday morning, according to draft papers. The offering consists entirely of existing shares being sold by top investor Baijnath Choudhary & Family Trust, which holds an 84% stake. Anmol will not receive any proceeds from the share sale.
