Novo Nordisk A/S signed a licensing agreement worth up to €1.17 billion ($1.33 billion) with Sweden-based drug-delivery firm Nanexa on Friday morning. The deal covers long-acting injectable treatments for cardiometabolic diseases. It represents one of Nanexa's largest commercial partnerships to date, sending its shares soaring in early trading.
