Poland Probes Banks Over Mortgage Credit Scoring System
Poland's antimonopoly regulator UOKiK searched the offices of ING Bank Slaski, mBank, and credit bureau BIK to investigate potentially anti-competitive scoring practices. The probe examines whether the system unfairly penalizes borrowers for making multiple credit inquiries while shopping for rates.
