I Squared Capital Acquires Indonesian Logistics Firm Cella

The global infrastructure investor plans to grow Cella's warehouse and cold storage space sixfold to 1.5 million square metres within five years. The deal marks I Squared's entry into the Indonesian market and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
