CXMT to Launch 4.3 Billion Dollar Shanghai IPO

Changxin Memory Technologies will begin book-building on July 15 for a Shanghai listing aimed at raising 29.5 billion yuan. The DRAM manufacturer plans to use the proceeds to upgrade production lines and technology following a period of rapid revenue growth.
